The issues of traffic noise on railways, roads and motorways have been recently more and more discussed. That is why our company deals with the production of special panels for the construction of acoustic walls. The panel is composed of a reinforced-concrete precast component, a layer of sound absorbing material and rubber boards. Walls are characterized by long lifetime and by their ability to keep their properties over a long time even under adverse weather conditions.

Category A3 absorption panels

The noise-absorption panel complies with ČSN EN 1793-1, ČSN EN 1793-2, ČSN EN 1794-1, ČSN EN 1794-2, CE marking according to ČSN EN 14 388. The contact with the HEA beam consists of the rubber absorber from one side and the EPDM seal on the other side, which forms part of the panel (see the detail of installation). Individual panels are connected using the tongue and groove system. The assembly at a construction site is carried out by means of a vacuum pad without the need for bonding.

  • The absorber made of recycled rubber granulate is glued to a load-bearing sandwich panel with a polyurethane adhesive
  • The anti-corrosion protection of the load-bearing sandwich panel consists of a coat with the thickness and colour according to the design requirements
  • The reverse side can also be fitted with an anti-graffiti coat
  • The standard colour of the absorber is black, upon customer's request it can be dyed to the mass and coated
  • The standard colour of the reverse side of panels is RAL 7016, 9002, 9006, 9007, 9010
  • Length up to 4,950 mm (modulus 5.0 m)
  • Modular height of the panel 500/1,000 mm
  • Weight 54 kg/m2

According to ČSN EN 1793

  • Acoustic absorption: category A3
  • Airborne sound transmission: category B3

According to ČSN EN 16272-3-1

  • Acoustic absorption: DLα 9 dB
  • Airborne sound transmission: DLR 27 dB

According to ČSN EN 1794-1, Annex C complies with requirements for resistance

Category A4 absorption panels

The noise-absorption panel complies with ČSN EN 1793-1, ČSN EN 1793-2, ČSN EN 1794-1, ČSN EN 1794-2, CE marking according to ČSN EN 14 388. Individual panels are connected using the tongue and groove system. The assembly at a construction site is carried out by means of a vacuum pad without the need for bonding.

The acoustic absorption components forms 50% of the panel composition and it comprises a recycled product from technical synthetic textiles from the automotive industry and a rubber recycled product, especially tyres

The absorber made of recycled material is mechanically anchored to the load-bearing sandwich panel.
