The issues of traffic noise on railways, roads and motorways have been recently more and more discussed. That is why our company deals with the production of special panels for the construction of acoustic walls. The panel is composed of a reinforced-concrete precast component, a layer of sound absorbing material and rubber boards. Walls are characterized by long lifetime and by their ability to keep their properties over a long time even under adverse weather conditions.
Category A3 absorption panels
The noise-absorption panel complies with ČSN EN 1793-1, ČSN EN 1793-2, ČSN EN 1794-1, ČSN EN 1794-2, CE marking according to ČSN EN 14 388. The contact with the HEA beam consists of the rubber absorber from one side and the EPDM seal on the other side, which forms part of the panel (see the detail of installation). Individual panels are connected using the tongue and groove system. The assembly at a construction site is carried out by means of a vacuum pad without the need for bonding.
